Order and Shipping

Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?
Yes you can. Please email Linda linda@drinkboringwater.com as soon as possible about the change in shipping address so we may be able to change it before processing your order for shipping.

I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?
Please email Linda linda@drinkboringwater.com as soon as you can. We generally process orders within 1-2 business days, and once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

I still have not received my package, what do I do?
Please email us with the order details (including order number) and we will look into that immediately.

Shipping Confirmation
Because we are working with a few logistic companies to ship orders to different countries effectively. Therefore, we will dispatch your order first and you'll receive a shipping confirmation email a few days later. Sorry about the delay, we're finding ways to speed this up though : )

Cancellation
To cancel your subscription, please go to https://drinkboringwater.com/account/register. Please note that, due to the complex international shipping processes 1) if you email us to cancel before we dispatch your order, we will not ship the order and you will be fully refunded 2) we do not accept cancellations once the order has been dispatched from our fulfillment center.

Can I still consume it after its shelf life?
We strive to deliver the most quality ingredients. We always recommend to consume it withit its shelf life. Also, remember to keep them away from sunlight and moisture!

I felt that it's not easy to open the package, what should I do?
