I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?
Please email Linda email@example.com as soon as you can. We generally process orders within 1-2 business days, and once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
I still have not received my package, what do I do?
Please email us with the order details (including order number) and we will look into that immediately.
Because we are working with a few logistic companies to ship orders to different countries effectively. Therefore, we will dispatch your order first and you'll receive a shipping confirmation email a few days later. Sorry about the delay, we're finding ways to speed this up though : )
